Ric Clark President and Chief Executive Officer Ric Clark has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Properties Corporation since 2002. Prior to this position, Ric was President and Chief Executive of Brookfield's U.S. commercial operations. Ric has been with Brookfield and its predecessor companies since 1984 in various senior roles including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing. Ric is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York's Executive Committee and Board of Governors and is a member of the Executive Committee of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). Ric has served as chairman of the Real Estate Roundtable's Tax Policy Advisory Committee. He is a long-time board member of the Mental Health Association of New York City. Ric holds a business degree from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and received his designation as a Certified Public Accountant in 1982. |

Tom Farley President and Chief Operating Officer, Canadian Commercial Operations Tom Farley was appointed President & Chief Operating Officer of Canadian Commercial Operations in 2003. Prior to this position, Farley was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield Properties' Canadian commercial operations and Senior Vice President, Western Canada, in addition to various senior management positions at Brookfield Properties and its affiliates. While at Brookfield Properties, Tom has been involved with several major acquisitions including the O&Y portfolio, the landmark Bankers Hall complex,Petro Canada Centre and Fifth Avenue Place in Calgary. Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Tom spent twelve years with Morguard Investments in Calgary and Toronto. He holds a CRF designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada, a B.A. from the University of Victoria and has completed the Executive Management Program with the American Management Association. |

Dennis Friedrich President and Chief Operating Officer, U.S. Commercial Operations Dennis Friedrich was appointed President of Brookfield Properties' U.S. Commercial Operations in 2003, following two years as Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield Properties' U.S. Commercial Operations, prior to which he was head of Strategic Initiatives for the U.S. property portfolio. Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Dennis was co-head of Jones Lang LaSalle's tenant advisory practice in New York. He holds a business degree in finance from Baruch College and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. |

Alan Norris President and Chief Executive Officer, Residential Operations As President and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield's Residential Operations, Alan Norris manages Brookfield's land and housing operations in Calgary, Edmonton, Denver, Austin and Toronto. Alan joined the company in 1983 in the role of Corporate Controller and assumed increasingly more senior positions over the next 11 years until he was promoted to his current position. Well-known and respected in the land development and home building industry, Alan initiated the creation of the Centre of Excellence in Home Building & Land Development in 1998 and now chairs this not-for-profit center, which is a central voice for the training and education needs of the residential construction industry. In addition, in 1997-1998, he co-chaired an industry/provincial government/municipal government joint task force on infrastructure funding. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Brookfield Homes Corporation. Alan holds a B.A. degree in accounting and economics and two Chartered Accountant Designations in Scotland and Canada. |

Kathleen Kane Senior Vice President and General Counsel Kathleen Kane was appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Brookfield Properties Corporation in 2003. Prior to that, Katie was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Brookfield Properties Corporation's U.S. Commercial Operations. Katie has been with Brookfield since 1997. Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Katie was an associate at the law firm of Cahill Gordon & Reindel. She holds a law degree from St. John's University Law School and an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University. |

G. Mark Brown Senior Vice President, Finance Mark Brown rejoined Brookfield Properties as Senior Vice President, Finance in 2005 after two successful years at Brookfield Asset Management where he was a key contributor to their asset management initiatives in the U.S. Mark is responsible for managing Brookfield Properties' debt profile, managing capital partner alliances and working on a number of strategic initiatives including investment funds. At Brookfield Properties from 2000-2003, Mark managed the finance function for U.S. commercial operations and contributed to the company's corporate financial strategies. Prior experience includes nine years with Salomon Smith Barney and Citicorp Real Estate, Inc. Mark holds a Masters of Business Administration from York University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University. |

Bryan Davis Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Bryan Davis was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2007 following four years as Senior Vice President, Finance and one year as a Managing Partner of Brookfield Asset Management. Prior to that, Bryan spent four years in various senior finance positions including Chief Financial Officer of Trilon Financial Corporation, Brookfield Asset Management's financial services subsidiary. In his current role, Bryan is responsible for corporate finance, reporting, tax and treasury for Brookfield Properties and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining Brookfield Asset Management in 1999, Bryan worked in restructuring and advisory services at Deloitte & Touche. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University. |

Melissa Coley Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications Melissa Coley was named Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications in 2002, following three years as Vice President of Arts & Events/Marketing, where she oversaw corporate and retail marketing for Brookfield's U.S. portfolio and ran the internationally-acclaimed World Financial Center Arts & Events program. Prior to joining Brookfield Properties' predecessor company, Olympia & York, as Manager of Arts & Events, Melissa was the public programs administrator at the Museum of Modern Art, New York. Melissa serves as a director on two not-for-profit boards, the Bryant Park Management Corporation and Visual Thinking Strategies, an organization devoted to developing critical thinking skills in public school children. She holds an M.A. in International Politics from New York University and a B.A. in English from Colgate University. |
