About the work
The trio of Canadian flag paintings that grace the main floor of the Exchange Tower in Toronto are by the internationally known Canadian artist Charles Pachter (b. 1942). They were originally installed in 1983, and the reception that they have received over the years by both visitors and tenants has been outstanding. Visitors to our city frequently visit the Exchange Tower just to view Pachter’s triptych of the Canadian Flags.
