The first new development in Toronto's financial core in more than a decade, Bay Adelaide Centre, a LEED® Gold property, was launched in the summer of 2006 with the commencement of construction of Bay Adelaide West, a 1.2-million-square-foot, 51-story office tower at the northeast corner of Bay and Adelaide Streets. The Herald Site is a 66,000-square-foot development site with 1.2 million square feet of buildable density. The site is strategically located in the centre of Calgary's downtown core and provides excellent access to public transportation via the adjacent LRT line and parking facilities. The site is within one block of each of Brookfield's current Calgary core office holdings.

Five Allen Center is a fifty-story, 1.1-million-square-foot office tower planned for development by Brookfield Properties. The building will encompass the Allen Center Gateway, a 2.5-acre site located in Houston's central business district. The tower offers unobstructed views to the north, west and south, and is surrounded by parks offering abundant green space.

Five Allen Center offers unparalleled access to all of Houston's major thoroughfars, including Interstate 45, US 59, Interstate 10, Allen Parkway and Memorial Drive. A sky bridge provides direct access to all of the Allen Center amenities as well as tunnel connection to downtown. Located in the heart of the Allen Center/Cullen Center complex, the Allen Center Garage could accommodate an office building above it. The site fronts on historic Antioch Park and would have unobstructed views to the west.

Located in the western portion of the Canadian capital's downtown core, this development constitutes the third phase of the Place de Ville project. The site is 1.18 acres and could accommodate a 577,000-square-foot office building.

The last prime developable site on Smith Street in Houston's CBD core, 1500 Smith Street is strategically located between two premier Brookfield properties, Continental Center I and 1400 Smith Street. The site could accommodate a 500,000-square-foot office tower with 25,000-30,000 square foot floor plates; sky bridges would link 1500 Smith to both adjoining centers. In-place infrastructure exists, including parking and loading dock.

2 Adelaide Street West is situated in Toronto’s financial core and adjacent to the new Bay Adelaide Centre. Historically, this site has been occupied by commercial buildings from at least the late 1850s. For a good part of a twentieth century, the building was the home of Holt Renfrew & Co. Ltd. Today, it consists of two interconnected buildings and is listed on the City of Toronto’s Inventory of Heritage Properties. This commercial and office space, located at the northwest corner of Adelaide Street West and Yonge Street, is favorably positioned in an area rich in business and retail amenities.
