Nick is Executive Vice President of Development and Property in Australia. He is a leader across our business in WA and is responsible for the development activities across WA in addition to the office development and design team nationally.
Nick is currently overseeing a number of large-scale office, retail and mixed-use developments in Perth’s CBD at various stages of construction and planning, including the development of Nine The Esplanade, a 19-story PCA Premium Grade office building at Elizabeth Quay. This project follows the on-time, on-budget completion of the neighboring One The Esplanade project, which delivered a 29-level, 57,000-square-metre PCA Premium Grade office tower built for anchor tenant Chevron Australia.
Prior to Brookfield Properties, Nick worked in a number of roles for Multiplex and Lendlease both in Australia and the United Kingdom, gaining an appreciation for the impact high-quality property developments can have on a city’s culture. Since returning to his hometown of Perth, Nick has been able to put this passion into action, playing a key role in the development of the award-winning Brookfield Place precinct, a mixed-use development including two landmark premium commercial towers, four heritage buildings, luxury retail and a vibrant public space.
Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Western Australia.
