Rachel Wachtel is Executive Vice President, Real Estate Experience for Brookfield Properties’ North American office business. In this role, Rachel oversees tenant experience, marketing, design & construction and SPACE+.

Rachel joined Brookfield Properties in 2002 and held a variety of workplace, operations and communications roles across Brookfield Properties and Brookfield Asset Management, including Vice President, Operations & Administration.

In 2017, she took a brief hiatus to create and manage the real estate and workplace strategies for a leading Fintech broker-dealer before returning to Brookfield Properties in 2019 to focus on the creation of its global flexible workspace strategy.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Design & Environmental Analysis from Cornell University.
