We have aimed at increasing inclusivity at Central Avenue, Ecoworld through thoughtful design. We emphasized innovative mobility solutions, including a smart lane for optimized traffic flow, adaptable lanes for peak-hour management and seamless pedestrian pathways that reduce commute-related emissions, extending beyond our asset decarbonization goals.

This project was a collaborative effort with key community partners, supporting the area’s inclusive and sustainable development. Our biodiversity interventions enabled us to enhance green cover, promote native species and enhance fauna species in and around the area.

The landscape was designed as an opportunity to enhance biodiversity across the 1.5 kilometre stretch by improving green cover, planting native and drought-tolerant vegetation, dedicated spaces for pollination, etc.

Additional areas of opportunity were identified using art as a medium to promote diversity, creating a vibrant ambience that elevates positive experiences in strategic, high-interaction nodes across Ecoworld.
