Renee is Chief Financial Officer of the corporate group within Brookfield Properties, where she is responsible for oversight of financial operations, reporting, and analytics across sectors in North America. Additionally, she is responsible for oversight of key finance governance frameworks globally.
Ms. Friedman joined Brookfield in 2009 and has been located in both the New York and Sydney offices. She previously held various finance positions in our Real Estate and Corporate Groups. Prior to joining Brookfield, Ms. Friedman worked in business services at an accounting firm in Sydney.
Ms. Friedman holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Sydney and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
