Soheil Pourhashemi is the Executive Vice President of Technology at Brookfield Properties. He oversees the development and execution of real estate technology initiatives across North America, with emphasis on data & analytics, automation, digital transformation, and cyber security. Soheil is responsible for building a scalable digital ecosystem that drives innovation and supports Brookfield Properties' real estate operations across North America through simplification, standardization, and automation. Additionally, he serves as a technology Global Advisor to Brookfield Properties', guiding best practices in technology, data, and cybersecurity across the company’s global real estate portfolio.
Prior to joining Brookfield Properties in 2010, Soheil served as a technology consultant for a leading Canadian financial institution.
Soheil holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) specialized honors in Computer Science from York University. He previously chaired the board for OSCRE International and is currently serving on the advisory council for Realcomm.
