Haitham Ibraheem is Vice President of Operations in Dubai at Brookfield Properties. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Property and Facilities Management.
Haithem joined ICD Brookfield Place in 2017, and prior to joining Brookfield Properties, he was the Head of operations of Al-Hamra real-estate company focused on operating Al Hamra Business Tower and Luxury Center for 7 years in Kuwait. Haitham also supported the development and operations management of several projects and high-rise buildings like Al Razi Hospital, Sanabil Tower and the Central Bank of Kuwait.
Haithem holds a Master’s degree in Global Management and Competitive Intelligence from ESLSCA University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University, is a Certified Value Specialist from the Society of American Value Engineers, a Certified Facilities Manager from the Institute of Leadership and Management in the U.K., and serves as a board member for the Emirates Green Building Council.
