Nick Acton-Adams is Vice President of Design for Brookfield Properties in Dubai, responsible for overseeing the design and development of projects across the Middle East.
Nick brings over 20 years of real estate experience across Australasia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. His background spans architecture, master planning, interior design, and development management, with expertise in the commercial, residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and master planning sectors.
Prior to his current role, Nick played a key role in several high-profile global developments including Brookfield Place in Calgary, 100 Bishopsgate in London, 405 Bourke in Melbourne, and Brookfield Place Tower 2 in Perth.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Architecture with First Class Honours from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. He also serves as Vice-Chairman of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Middle East Regional Hub where he actively contributes to the architectural and real estate development community.
