Staten Island Mall, New York
We transform conventional retail properties into vibrant, best-in-class community destinations.
Our malls are more than just shopping centers; they serve as central gathering places for the communities they serve, combining shopping, dining, entertainment and arts and events activities. We firmly believe that successful malls reflect the unique personal spirit of their communities, and as a result, we continually refresh our properties through customized redevelopment and renewal programs.
Our team of professional tenant coordination, design, construction and development experts are adept at creating and executing mall plans that reflect the needs of both our local communities and our retail tenants.
Our commitment to this effort is demonstrated through improvement initiatives in more than half of our retail locations, ranging from implementing complete layout transformations, to securing new anchor tenants, adding innovative entertainment venues, redesigning landscaping, installing new lighting, adding modern amenities and upgrading common area seating.

We expanded our tenant mix by adding H&M, Francesca’s, Swarovski and Torrid, and added a two-level 24 Hour Fitness facility and a John’s Incredible Pizza.
