CALGARY, ALBERTA (26 November 2025)— Brookfield Properties and ARCI today in partnership with ATB Financial (ATB), announced that ATB will relocate to Suncor Energy Centre in the heart of Downtown Calgary. ATB’s new, expanded, downtown flagship will occupy 173,000 square feet of the reimagined campus, and include a Plus 15 retail branch.
ATB will be one of the newest tenants to join Suncor Energy Centre upon completion of its large-scale redevelopment, which will be completed in 2027. ATB’s relocation contributes positive net absorption for Downtown Calgary, as the financial institution will centralize multiple locations in the city into one Downtown flagship location at Suncor Energy Centre.

Brookfield Properties and ARCI invested over $90 million to redevelop its office complex into a mixed-used destination with the addition of a performing arts amphitheatre, licensed food hall, flagship restaurant, exterior dining terrace and a mix of public and private amenities designed for gathering. The campus will offer a variety of activations that support local arts and creative groups, including performances, educational talks and ongoing showcases. Additionally, tenant-exclusive amenities will include a hospitality-focused lounge, state-of-the-art fitness centre, expansive conference facility, end-of-trip facility, and micromobility hub.
Suncor Energy Centre features 1.7 million square feet of premier office space across two skyline-defining towers. It is in the transit-rich Downtown Core and is connected to the Plus 15 above-ground walkway system.
