Rooftop Films at Brooklyn Commons

Brooklyn Commons - 100 Myrtle Avenue

July 27, 2023 - August 17, 2023

Thursdays
Rooftop Films

Bring a friend, grab a chair, and watch movie screenings under the stars with Rooftop Films! Join us Thursdays, July 27 through August 17, in Brooklyn Commons Park for a new film or series of shorts each week.

For each date below, seating opens at 7:30pm, followed by like music at 8pm, and the film screening at 8:30pm. A Q&A session with the filmmaker takes place after the screening, in some cases.

Rooftop Films believes that film is powerful, not only as a creative medium, but as a vehicle for engaging in valuable dialogue with one another about the issues facing our communities. By bringing films directly to audiences, we foster connections between neighbors, artists, activists, youth and the unique spaces we all share.

Schedule of Films:

July 27: JOONAM
