Our large format digital screens allow for high-impact, full-motion video ads to reach the high-traffic areas of our centers. We have also strategically placed video walls in the food courts at dozens of select regional properties.
Augmented reality (AR) experiences are available at select Brookfield Properties centers. Innovative sponsors have the opportunity to display their branding or campaign on the large format digital screens at the top of each hour, at which time shoppers can step into a designated area in front of the screen and see themselves in real time as they interact with an engaging augmented experience featuring polar bears, dinosaurs, and other custom content.
These high-visibility AR experiences are currently available at Oakbrook Center, Glendale Galleria, Fashion Show, and The SoNo Collection, and will be coming to Baybrook Mall, First Colony Mall, and The Woodlands Mall in late Q3 2021.
Reach a more traditional out-of-home audience with our exterior digital billboards adjacent to our properties in the L.A., NYC, and Las Vegas markets. These include the exterior digital screen on the Glendale Galleria bridge above Central Ave., the exterior digital screen at The SoNo Collection facing I-95, and our three screen exterior display at Fashion Show on the Las Vegas strip.
