In spring of 2018, the Sesame Street Pop-Up Tour: F is for Friends visited 10 of our properties as part of an exclusive, live Sesame Street performance, meet and greet, and photo opportunity with Sesame Street characters including Elmo and Abby Cadabby.
Families participated in character meet and greets, digital activity stations, and photo opportunities that included Cookie Monster's new food truck. The tour touched down at properties in key markets across the U.S.

Cotton Incorporated partnered with 30 of our shopping centers to create brand awareness, offering a "Gift With Purchase" incentive to any shopper spending a certain amount of money on cotton purchases.
Cotton’s celebrity spokeswoman Hailee Steinfeld also did meet and greets with shoppers at two of our shopping centers during the program. In-mall advertising included SkyBanners, standees, floor clings, posters, light pole banners, and mannequin displays, present within the malls to help promote and drive traffic to the events.

Keurig promoted their Kold machine during the holiday season at four Brookfield Properties centers.
Shoppers were able to see how the Keurig Kold machine worked and also to taste samples of various kinds of iced coffees.

Dyson's pop up experience allowed brand ambassadors to demonstrate the value of Dyson's newest vacuum cleaners, allowing shoppers to test the product out for themselves.
