Lifetime Athletic Lifetime Athletic

Quail Springs Mall opened its doors to Life Time Athletic, the first athletic resort of its kind in the Oklahoma City area. The 236,000-square-foot space features eight tennis courts, two basketball courts, one studio cycle theater, three yoga studios, Kids Academy, LifeCafe, LifeSpa, more than 400 pieces of cardio equipment and an indoor/outdoor aquatic center.

In November 2018, online retail giant, Wayfair, launched its first-ever brick and mortar shop at Natick Mall in Boston, Massachusetts. The holiday pop-up allowed customers to gain access to Wayfair's innovative new home solutions, learn how to manage home improvement projects and browse more than 100 fabric swatches.

Tysons Galleria's Urbanspace is a new food hall that brings together local chefs for an impeccable culinary experience. Brookfield Properties is dedicated to helping eat/drink brands grow within the retail space, and was thrilled to work with brands like Andy's Pizza, donburi, Ice Cream Jubilee, Lady M Cake Boutique, Sean Khao and Stomping Ground to introduce them to our communities of shoppers.

Our property at 218 West 57th in New York City transformed the lovable, animated film, Trolls, into an interactive and magical experience. The 12,000-square-foot fully immersive space invites children to explore the “Best day Ever” as they sing, dance and make friends with familiar characters.

Luxury Italian shoe retailer, M. Gemi has been opening a variety of physical retail formats designed to give customers a whole new experience on their path to purchase. On the M. Gemi Andiamo Tour, the brand toured the country in a vintage gelato trucking selling its most popular shoe styles and making stops at Tysons Galleria, Water Tower Place and Oakbrook Center
