Portland just got a little more chic. Gucci’s new store opening at Pioneer Place marks the House’s first location in the city and the sixth perm location in our portfolio. The 6,500-square-foot boutique showcases a wide collection of men’s and women’s shoes, handbags, luggage, small leather goods, accessories, and more.

Mall St. Matthews

Zappos is testing out brick-and-mortar with its new Zappos! Unboxed location at Mall St. Matthews. And the 18,000-square-foot anchor store offers way more than just shoes and accessories. Customers can enjoy interactive elements, including a giant retro-illuminated pegboard and a sound art installation called a ShoeZaphon. 

Oakbrook Center

sweetgreen’s new 3,290-square-foot restaurant at Oakbrook Center is mixing up the salad game. Not only does this space have indoor seating for 30 and outdoor seating for 28, the location also features Sweetgreen’s first pick-up window in the Chicago area — specifically designed for carry out and app delivery. We love providing spaces that meet the evolving needs of our tenants and consumers.

Madison Reed opened its third "Mini-Bar" pop-up in the U.S. at Stonebriar Centre. In this retail space, customers can receive a free hair color consultation, get color advice from a licensed colorist, and shop all Madison Reed products.

Despite a challenging year, Oakbrook Center continues to welcome new retailers to the center, offering customers fresh places to shop and explore. Arhaus, a furniture company that believes products should be sustainably sourced, is one of the retailers that has joined the tenant lineup. The over 17,000-square-foot store opened in February and has been a wonderful addition to the center.

Park City Center

Round 1's new 77,000 square-foot store is revolutionizing Park City Center. This marks the second Spo-Cha (Sports Challenge) location in the U.S., and the only location to have augmented reality bowling games. The introduction of Round 1 to the mall is another example of how we're building destinations for the next generation. Our spaces cater to the unique needs of consumers and immerse them in unforgettable moments.
