Brookfield Properties, in partnership with Invesco Real Estate, acquired Clayton Lane in early 2016 with plans to redevelop the site into a vibrant neighborhood destination for residents and visitors to enjoy. As part of the redevelopment, Brookfield Properties envisions a more pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use destination, while maintaining the existing shops and restaurants along Clayton Lane.
