Located at the western gateway of Denver’s Cherry Creek North shopping district, Clayton Lane is an award-winning retail development. Brookfield Properties, in partnership with Invesco Real Estate, acquired Clayton Lane in early 2016 with plans to redevelop the site into a vibrant neighborhood destination for residents and visitors to enjoy. As part of the redevelopment, Brookfield Properties envisions a more pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use destination, while maintaining the existing shops and restaurants along Clayton Lane. Our plan is to create a sense of place that connects to the existing Cherry Creek North neighborhood – with walk-able streets, a public plaza and a mix of uses including residences, retail, restaurants and cafes. The new development would meet existing zoning requirements and could be built out in phases over time.
