Eldorado Business Tower is white and glass 33 story class AAA office tower located in the Marginal Pinheiros region of São Paulo. Centrally located, the property is connected to the CPTM train station and by skybridge to the Eldorado Shopping Mall. Eldorado was built on the site of one of the most traditional shopping centers in São Paulo, near the banks of Pinheiros River. The lobby was purposely elevated to provide spectacular views of the surrounding landscape, away from the bustling traffic of the nearby thoroughfares. Its slightly rounded edges and large windows reflect the nearby river and greenery, integrating the property with the neighborhood and taking advantage of the natural light. The property was also the first commercial office tower to receive LEED Platinum certification in Latin America. The building has a waste center to selective collection. Rainwater, stormwater, graywater and air conditioner water treatment and reuse to supply the landscape irrigation system. Air Conditioning VRF allows less energy and water consumption
