It is the site of the Berlinale, Germany's largest film festival, and the Bambi, one of the country's most important media and cultural awards. The building impresses with its expansive glass façade that envelops the multi-story foyer. 110 loudspeakers, 400 spotlights and a large screen measuring 8 by 18 meters make the theater a predestined venue for film premieres, festivals and top-class entertainment shows.
