The New York Times Building is a high-rise office tower in the heart of Manhattan in New York City. The 52-story building in the Times Square district features 720,000 square feet of office space with the newsroom and corporate offices of the New York Times Company occupying the base of the tower through floor 27. In total, the building has 1.5 million square feet, including 23,000 square feet of street-level retail. Developed in partnership with The New York Times Company and designed by the Renzo Piano Building Workshop.
