Echo Li

Echo Li is Vice President of Finance of our China business and is responsible for overseeing finance and reporting functions.

Joining Brookfield Properties in October 2022, she has over 17 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management, fund operations, and financial services. Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Echo worked for Warburg Pincus and its invested real estate portfolios for more than 7 years. As the Head of Finance in one of the portfolio companies, she was in charge of accounting, reporting, debt financing, cash management, tax planning for assets under management and finance due diligence for new acquisitions.

Echo graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2002 and gained her CICPA qualification in 2006.
