Hetal Joshi is Senior Vice President and Head of our India business, responsible for the development portfolio.

With 29 years of experience in the real estate sector, he has a proven track record of successfully starting up, developing and nurturing businesses across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors. He is a client and people-focused business leader who can implement clear management processes to deliver bottom-line results, always prioritizing safety, quality, and ESG practices.

Before joining Brookfield Properties, Hetal led the EPC division for top real estate players like Sunteck Realty, Piramal Realty, Wadhwa, and Radius Developers, delivering iconic buildings like The Capital, ONE BKC, Trade Centre, Signature Island, and various others across India.

Hetal holds a GMPE from IIM Lucknow, an Execution Strategy certificate from ISB and a BE in Civil Engineering.
