John has over 30 years of real estate experience and oversees Brookfield Properties’ global logistics design and construction standards, establishing an aesthetic and structural standard for current and future developments.

John has led numerous projects through every facet of the development and design process, including site selection, master planning, entitlements, design and construction. He has developed approximately 75 million square feet of industrial warehouses and distribution centers on four continents for companies such as Amazon, Wal-Mart, FedEx, Best Buy, Home Depot, Coca-Cola Enterprises and many more.
