Rachael Ha

Rachael Ha is the Head of Corporate Operations of our China business and is responsible for the middle and back-office functions including compliance, human resources, legal, ESG, technology and innovation, procurement and administration.

Having joined Brookfield Properties in September 2021, she has over 19 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management, fund operations, and financial services. Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Rachael joined Pradera Retail Asia in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer and had a pivotal role in establishing the head office and business in Shanghai. In her role, she was also responsible for overseeing the transition and operations of new acquisitions and assets under management.

Rachael graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2003 and gained her CPA qualification in 2008.
