He is a motivated, personable business professional, well-versed in project management methodologies, process engineering, organizational change management, risk management and team building.

With over 26 years of experience in project management, Subrata has served in leadership positions to help large, global, and multinational companies including Reliance Engineering Associates (P) Limited, Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Limited and Shrishti Hotels Private Limited deliver on their growth strategies.

Subrata received a degree in civil engineering from the Institution of Engineers.
