Brian Ko

Brian Ko is Vice President, Investments at Brookfield Properties’ development group, responsible for underwriting and managing financing opportunities in the residential for-sale real estate market for the Homebuilder Capital platform and the Land & Housing portfolio.

Brian joined Brookfield in 2017. Prior to joining Brookfield, Brian worked in investment banking within Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance covering multiple sectors. Prior to that, he was a credit research analyst covering various sectors including homebuilders and building materials.
 
Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University. He successfully completed the CFA Level II Exam and all parts of the CPA Exam.
