Bert Dezzutti

Bert is Executive Vice President of the Southern California region, responsible for the region’s overall financial performance including leasing, operations, management, legal, and tenant improvement construction within the office portfolio. The region currently comprises more than 11 million square feet of premier Class-A assets, primarily concentrated in the Los Angeles area.

Bert joined Brookfield Properties in 2008 and has held his current role since that time. Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Bert was a Senior Vice President at Equity Office and an Executive Vice President at Cushman and Wakefield.

Bert is a graduate of the University of Southern California and serves on the Boards of the Central City Association, Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and BOMA of Greater Los Angeles and Orange Counties. He is also actively involved in the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association.
