Bob MacNicol

Bob is the Executive Vice President, Office Leasing for the eastern region of Canada.

Bob manages the Toronto leasing team, which oversees more than nine million square feet. Since joining Brookfield over 30 years ago, Bob and the leasing team have successfully leased approximately one million square feet each year.

Bob has been involved in various transactions including the development of both Brookfield Place Toronto and the Bay Adelaide Centre buildings, along with the purchase of O&Y REIT.
