Brian Schley

Brian is Senior Vice President, Risk Management supporting the multifamily and North American office businesses.

Prior to joining Brookfield Properties in 2020, Brian spent 25 years in risk management and insurance with a heavy concentration in Real Estate and multifamily operations. In addition to AvalonBay, his previous experience includes time with Archstone Communities Trust, Accenture and The Walt Disney World Company.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, maintains a professional designation of Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and is a licensed Property and Casualty insurance agent.
