Henry Caso is Senior Vice President, Construction in Development at Brookfield Properties, responsible for overseeing Manhattan West, Brookfield’s eight-acre, six-building mixed-use development coming to life on Manhattan’s Far West Side. Manhattan West includes two new two-million-square-foot office towers, a major re-positioning of more than two million square feet of existing office space, a new 844-unit luxury residential tower, a boutique hotel, 250,000 square feet of retail and two acres of landscaped open space.
Prior to joining Brookfield Properties in 2007, Henry represented several owners on notable projects, including East Side Access and the National September 11 Memorial & Museum. Previously, he was with the New York City School Construction Authority, where he worked on its Line and Capitol Improvement programs, delivering thousands of new public school seats and improving hundreds of school buildings.
Henry is a graduate of the Pratt Institute School of Architecture.
