Holly Chen is Vice President in Development at Brookfield Properties, responsible for supporting the mixed-use business and its current initiatives and growing pipeline of opportunities in North America with effective legal advice.
Holly joined Brookfield Properties in 2020. Previously, she was a development attorney at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in the Land Use and Zoning Group in its New York office. Holly’s practice focused on public-private partnerships and complex large-scale developments, including Hudson Yards, Greenpoint Landing, Moynihan Train Hall and Manhattan West.
Holly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis and a Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School.
