Holly Chen is a Vice President for Brookfield Properties' development group, where she supports the Mixed-use business and its current initiatives and growing pipeline of opportunities in North America with effective legal advice taking into account the goals and missions of Brookfield Properties.
Ms. Chen joined the organization in 2020. Prior to this she was a development attorney at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in the Land Use and Zoning Group in its New York office. Ms. Chen’s practice focused on public-private partnerships and complex large-scale developments, including Hudson Yards, Greenpoint Landing, Moynihan Train Hall and Manhattan West.
Ms. Chen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis and a Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School.
