Janet Gu

Janet Gu is Senior Director of Asset Management and Central Operations of our China business. She is responsible for leading operations excellence for properties in China and driving financial performance for retail assets in China.

Janet joined Brookfield Properties in February 2020 with more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management. Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, she managed multiple assets for both international retail developers such as Auchan and Sonae Sierra, and the domestic giant developer Wanda. 

Janet holds a double master's degree from the National University of Singapore and Fudan University and gained her CFA qualification in 2019.
