Jared Chupaila

Jared Chupaila is the Chief Executive Officer, Retail of Brookfield Properties, responsible for the company's U.S. portfolio of over 150 retail centers encompassing over 150 million square feet of retail space across 43 states. He oversees strategic direction, financial contributions, management, and operations of approximately $60 billion in assets under management — one of the largest retail portfolios in the United States. 

Prior to his current role, Jared served as the Chief Operation Officer overseeing all leasing, business development, property management, business intelligence and strategy, and marketing departments. Additionally, Jared spent nearly two decades in multiple roles, including Executive positions in Leasing and Asset Management.
