Maggie Qu

Maggie Qu is Senior Director of Multifamily Asset Management and Office Leasing of our China business.

Maggie joined Brookfield Properties in 2019 and has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry across different tier-1 cities in China. Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Maggie held roles with Swire Properties and has been in Fosun’s HQ role to oversee the management of project positioning, leasing and marketing of overseas assets. 

Maggie earned a bachelor's degree from Zhejiang University and a master's degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
