Nisha Vijarania

Nisha is the Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Brookfield Properties in India and is responsible for developing a winning marketing and communication strategy to support business growth and expansion.

Nisha joined Brookfield Properties in 2017 and has been instrumental in setting up the marketing function of office business in India. In this role, she spearheads all marketing facets, including strategy, branding, campaigns, digital outreach, media visibility, content management and storytelling, events, public relation, and vendor relationships. Additionally, she is also an integral part of the Corporate Social Responsibility team. She has over 16 years of rich experience in managing multiple turnkey projects in the Real Estate industry.

Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Nisha worked with DLF and IREO Developer in multiple leadership capacities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics (Hons.) from International College for Girls (ICG), Jaipur, and master’s degree in business administration from Apeejay School of Management, New Delhi.
