Paul Mitchell

Paul is Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Brookfield Properties and has been with the company for over 13 years.

Paul oversees the four Denver assets and six hundred thousand square feet of office space in downtown San Francisco. He is responsible for leasing negotiations, joint venture partner relationships, and strategic initiatives within property operations. Paul was also instrumental in the recent additions of Denver City Center and Wells Fargo Center in Denver.

Paul received his Bachelor’s degree from Herberger School of Business at St. Cloud State University in Minnesota, majoring in Business Management and minoring in Real Estate. He remains active in the local alumni association and serves as a mentor for real estate undergrads. He recently relocated from Minneapolis to Denver with his wife and two young boys.
