Pon Arasan

Pon Arasan is a Senior Vice President responsible for all development activities in the South region at Brookfield Properties in India.

Pon has successfully delivered over 14 million sq. ft. of projects of various asset classes from concept to commissioning. He is passionate about implementing the latest technologies in construction and project management, with a great focus on innovation, resiliency, sustainability, and net-zero development.

With 28 years of experience in Development Management in Commercial Real Estate, he has a proven track record of leading sustainability and social housing initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on innovation and optimization.

Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Pon held senior positions at RMZ Corp, Shapoorji & Pallonji Real Estate & Godrej Properties.

Pon holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering and multiple certifications such as a Certificate in Design Thinking and Innovation from Harvard Business School, MIE from the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI), Kolkata, and MRICS from RICS.
