Rachael Ha

Rachael Ha is the Head of Brookfield Properties in China and is responsible for the middle and back-office functions including Compliance, HR, Legal, ESG, Technology and Innovation, Procurement and Admin.

Rachael joined Brookfield Properties in September 2021. She has over 16 years’ experience in real estate investment and asset management, fund operations, and financial services. Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Rachael joined PRA in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer and had a pivotal role in establishing the head office in Shanghai. In her role, she was also responsible for overseeing the transition and new acquisition of operating and assets under management.

Rachael graduated from University of Adelaide in 2003 and gained her CPA qualification in 2008.
