Ted McKibbin

Ted McKibbin is President, U.S. Land & Housing, Development at Brookfield Properties, responsible for overseeing operations for the Land and Housing division and our consumer-facing Brookfield Residential brand for all markets across the U.S.

Ted has spent the past 16 years in various executive roles for CalAtlantic group, most recently as Western Regional President responsible for the successful performance of $2.8 billion in inventory across eight home building divisions. Earlier in his 30-year career, he worked at Brookfield Homes as Vice President, Urban Development.

Ted earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Southern California.
