Tim Stenta is Senior Vice President, Asset Management, Retail at Brookfield Properties in Chicago, IL, focusing on the firm’s U.S. retail portfolio. Tim has held a variety of roles with the company including management positions in Development, Asset Management, Joint Venture Partnerships and Investments. Tim started his real estate career in the New York City office of Forest City Enterprises as an asset manager for an urban, mixed-use retail portfolio in New York City, New Jersey, and Philadelphia.
