Wenyan Xu

Wenyan Xu is Senior Vice President and Head of our China Logistics business. Wenyan is responsible for leading and overseeing the management and development of operations. 

Wenyan joined Brookfield Properties in 2016 and has 3 decades of experience in the management and development of logistics operations. Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Wenyan has been serving in GLP, Prologis, Best Logistics, etc., and has developed more than 60 industrial, logistics, and retail projects totaling over 4 million square meters, including the Walmart Dongguan Distribution Center, the Liebherr Machinery factory in Dalian, and the Beijing Olympics Logistics Center.

Wenyan earned a bachelor's degree from the National University of Defense Technology and a master’s degree from Jiangsu University.
