Danny Poljak

Danny is President of Brookfield Properties and Co-Head of Real Estate in Australia, and Regional Head – Office for Asia Pacific and the Middle East. In addition to his Australia responsibilities, he leads the Office portfolio across the region, focusing on deepening tenant relationships, driving development and leasing outcomes, and supporting local operating teams to optimise portfolio performance in close partnership with Brookfield Properties’ country leaders.

Joining the company in 2004, Danny has over 20 years of real estate experience and has led a range of major transactions, repositioning initiatives, and development projects across the organisation.

Danny is a member of the Property Council of Australia’s Capital Markets Divisional Council and the ULI Asia Pacific Product Council. He holds a Bachelor of Land Economics (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney.
