Frank is a Senior Vice President at Brookfield Properties, responsible for the oversight and execution of Brookfield’s investment and development strategy throughout the East Coast. He provides direction and management for all aspects of the real estate development process, from acquisition, entitlement and design, through to the completion of construction with a focus on multifamily, office, and mixed-use development.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Frank served as Vice President of Development at Forest City Realty Trust where he began his real estate career in 2004. Frank has managed the development of over 3 million square feet of residential, retail, and office projects across the United States.
Frank holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, and a BS in Finance from Fairfield University of Connecticut.
