Monica Derchi is Commercial Director within our U.S. Hospitality investment practice at Brookfield Properties. She is responsible for increasing the overall value of hotel assets by collaborating with management partners to uncover and activate revenue opportunities across all disciplines.
With more than 25 years of sales and marketing leadership experience, Monica has held on-property and regional roles with both branded and independent luxury lifestyle hotels, including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, and Morgans Hotel Group.
Monica holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the New York Institute of Technology and a Certificate in Hospitality Management from École Hôtelière de Lausanne.
