Jennifer Rutkowski

Jennifer Rutkowski joined the Asset Management Team within Brookfield’s Hospitality Investment Platform in September 2016. As Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy, she focuses on holistic topline revenue initiatives to ensure each hotel achieves its business plan while generating optimal returns for investors. Jennifer brings deep expertise in complex hotel repositioning and launch projects, with responsibilities spanning Brookfield’s globally owned hotel portfolio.

Before joining Brookfield, Jennifer simultaneously launched two landmark properties in New York City: The Baccarat Hotel and 1 Hotel Central Park. Earlier in her career, she led the opening of The London NYC, oversaw The London West Hollywood, and managed a portfolio of distressed global assets for Blackstone.

Jennifer began her career under the mentorship of boutique hotel visionary Ian Schrager, spending eight years honing her expertise in luxury and lifestyle hospitality.

Jennifer holds a Master of Arts degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Catholic University of America.
