Nick Ozich

Nick is Executive Vice President of Development and Property in Australia. He is a leader across our Australian business and is responsible for leading the strategic direction and delivery of developments across Western Australia, as well as leading and overseeing national mixed-use office developments and the national design team.

Nick is currently leading the master planning and development of the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre new waterfront precinct with an estimated end value of in excess of $3B, and has led and overseen a number of transformational projects including the development of Brookfield Place Perth and new office developments at Elizabeth Quay, including One The Esplanade.

Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Nick held various roles with Multiplex and Lendlease in both Australia and the U.K., gaining an appreciation for the impact high-quality property developments can have on a city’s culture.

Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Western Australia and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Curtin University. He previously served on the Property Council of Australia’s WA Divisional Council and is currently an adviser to the Perth Airport Property Committee providing strategic direction to the board for the development and management of their significant real estate portfolio.
