Tim Stenta is Senior Vice President, Asset Management at U.S. retail business of Brookfield Properties, focusing on the company’s U.S. retail portfolio. Tim has held a variety of roles within the company, including management positions in development, asset management, joint venture partnerships, and investments. Tim started his real estate career in the New York City office of Forest City Enterprises as an asset manager for an urban, mixed-use retail portfolio in New York City, New Jersey, and Philadelphia.
Tim graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and is a member the International Council of Shopping Centers.
