Joe Loncar is Senior Vice President of Finance in the corporate group of Brookfield Properties. He is responsible for property level accounting and reporting across Brookfield Properties’ multifamily division as well as the Forest City and Brookfield REIT investments.
Prior to joining Brookfield Properties in 2018, he worked at Forest City where he held various positions, most recently Vice President of Property Accounting. Prior to Forest City, Joe spent five years at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in their audit and assurance practice.
Joe is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Business as well as the University of Illinois with a Masters of Science in Accountancy.
