Gary is Senior Vice President within the hospitality business at Brookfield Properties. He leads the U.S. hospitality business intelligence and benchmarking platform, overseeing labor productivity analytics, automation, and reporting to drive operational excellence and enhance both guest and associate experiences. He partners closely with all asset managers and commercial directors to translate data into actionable insights that help Brookfield Properties’ luxury and upper-upscale hotels achieve peak performance.
Before joining Brookfield Properties, Gary served as Chief Financial Officer at Hospitality Ventures Management Group. He also led financial planning and analysis at White Lodging and held finance leadership roles with the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and Loews Hotels.
Gary earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is recognized for developing financial talent, implementing innovative labor management systems, and delivering measurable productivity improvements across hospitality platforms.
